QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling Parts, Maintenance & Service contracts specifically for HVAC products within Turkey,
Proven track record of achieving sales for Industri portfolio within the local market,
Excellent presentation and communication skills,
Highly customer oriented,
Quality focus, self-driven personality,
Determined, results-driven, strong sales drive,
Fluent language skills in English,
Type B driving license is must,
No obstacle for travelling.
 
Preferred
Mechanical knowledge in HVAC
A present portfolio of clients in HVAC sector

What you will do
The Senior Service Sales Engineer – HVAC will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Aftermarket. As part of a growing team you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in Istanbul territory across the HVAC portfolio.
 
You will be concentrated on selling service solutions and products, growing our market share with new business
customers. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
 
How you will do it
As a Senior Service Sales Engineer you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high quality proposals. You will be able to sell technical service of York brand while also other competitive brands of chiller besides York and Hitachi spare products. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services.
 
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
