QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an highly ambitious team member for our HR team. The person in this position will be responsible for all human resources practices listed below for the departments s/he assigned for:
- Acting as a first point of contact for line managers to understand the business needs
- Providing strategic HR consulting to line managers
- Consulting line managers and employees about all aspects of HR (talent & performance management, succession planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and engagement)
- Ensuring excellent alignment and execution of established HR policies, procedures and Global and local HR initiatives
- Leading HR Programs and monitor effectiveness
- Taking active role in regional and global projects.
- Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment, promoting MT programs within JLL organisation.
- Ensuring to provide retention plans and personnel engagement activities for assigned departments.
- Responsible for the strategy and design of mobility for employees.
- Develops and coordinates lines of communication within the organisation among employees.
- Ensures to review organisational needs, changes, job descriptions, organisation charts, etc for assigned organisations.
- Ensures compensation and benefits system and audit of employee administrative operations including payroll process and controlling the payroll provider.
- Supervises employee hiring&leaving process with vendor employee.
- Supports budget and salary review process and generate periodical HR related reports.
- According to JLL HR policies and Procedures and local rules & regulations; supports to generate discipline & rewards process.
- Follows up vacations and overtimes and benefit.
- Supervises all operational duties concerning hiring & leaving & transfer process including: job contracts preparations & approvals, all legal documentation in leaving process and related declarations.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Requires in depth knowledge and experience of all HR matters with minimum 6 years experiences.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, HR reporting, employment laws and budget management.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services.
- Solves complex problems takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Impacts a range of customer operational Project or service activities within own team and other related teams, Works within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information, works to build consensus.
- University degree (preferably in social or administrative sciences),
- Excellent command of English,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- HR - WorkDay knowledge is a plus,
- No restrictions for travel,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
