QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JotForm is the first web based WYSIWYG form builder with over 3.9 Million users worldwide. Our offices are located in San Francisco, Ankara and Izmir. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and help us reach our hiring goals with qualified candidates. Position is located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe University Teknokent, Ankara.
Here are the requirements for this position:- Proven work experience as a Headhunter or Recruiter (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience with recruitment of software development related positions is a plus
- Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with resume databases and portfolio sites
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Jobs and Kariyer.Net Ads
- Multi tasking and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- BSc or MSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field or equivalent experience
İŞ TANIMI
When you will be a member of our team, you will;- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
- Define specifications for open roles in coordination with hiring managers, then document job requirements and descriptions
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels (LinkedIn, Kariyer.Net, university boards, etc)
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications and respond to all candidates timely
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills and experience
- Perform initial interview via telephone to determine fit for the position
- Forward approved candidates to hiring managers timely and follow up to make sure they are responding timely
- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
- Attend job fairs and organize career events
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates from application stage to offer phase
- Communicate effectively with the interview team and ensure preparedness during the interview process
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs and goals are met
