JotForm is an online form builder with over 5 Million users worldwide. Our offices are located in San Francisco, Ankara and Izmir. We are looking for Technical Support Specialists in our Ankara office located in a relaxed and fun environment in Hacettepe Technopolis.

Proficiency in English (especially writing skills) is extremely important for this position since you will be communicating with customers continuously. • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical users
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information
• High common sense and high proactiveness
• Experience with HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript is a plus
• Experience in web development is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

When you will be a member of our team, you will:

• Read and understand questions from our users, and provide good explanations and examples
• Serve as Tier I and II support for incoming requests from JotForm users
• Perform troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of technical problems
• Partner with our Engineering team to find and fix bugs before they impact our customers
• Identify trends, escalate critical situations
• Update and maintain training materials and documentation such as FAQ and user guide
• Become a product expert and be one of the go-to resources for understanding how our product works
