QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JotForm is an online form builder with over 5 Million users worldwide. Our offices are located in San Francisco, Ankara and Izmir. We are looking for web developers to perform as Technical Support Specialists in our Ankara office, located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe University Teknokent.

Proficiency in English (especially writing skills) is extremely important for this position since you will be communicating with customers continuously. Your cover letter and CV will be examined thoroughly and even punctuation and capitalization errors will be taken into consideration. Here are the requirements for this position:


  • Experience with HTML5/CSS3
  • JavaScript expertise is not a must, but it's a plus
  • Extensive web development experience
  • High common sense and high proactiveness
  • Ability to translate technical information for non-technical users
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information

When you will be a member of our team, you will;


  • Read and understand questions from our users, and provide good explanations and examples
  • Serve as Tier I and II support for incoming requests from JotForm users
  • Perform troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of technical problems
  • Partner with our Engineering team to find and fix bugs before they impact our customers
  • Identify trends, escalate critical situations
  • Update and maintain training materials and documentation such as FAQ and user guide
  • Become a product expert and be one of the go-to resources for understanding how our product works

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate)
