We are looking for ''Planning Specialist'' within Tekirdağ/Çerkezköy Factories.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering departments,
• 2- 4 years of experience in production planning processes,
• Good command of MS Office programs and good use of excel,
• Experience in using ERP-MRP (preferably IFS),
• Fluency in English,
• Having problem solving and analytical thinking skills, prone to teamwork,
• High communication and coordination skills,
• Dynamic, careful, responsible and result-oriented,
• Having business follow-up, organization and planning skills,
• Hardworking, able to adapt to intense work conditions,
• Willing and convenient to work in the office and field environment,
• Have reporting skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Residing in side of Beylikdüzü, Silivri or Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring that daily and monthly production plans are prepared, and work orders are created according to the orders approved by the customer and safe stock levels,
• To coordinate with Customer Services and Warehouses, considering the stocks in different warehouses,
• To ensure that the desired quantity of products is produced on the deadlines agreed with the customer and to ensure that the products are delivered to the warehouse in accordance with the deadlines,
• If necessary, to ensure the coordination of overtime production with stakeholder departments by comparing demand and capacity,
• Creating reports of daily, weekly and monthly production planning metrics, reporting to the unit manager and taking necessary actions,
• To prepare trial plans as a result of trial requests in the commissioning processes of new products, to make trial production planning and to ensure coordination,
• To ensure that all activities related to the planning department reach the determined targets,
• To determine the activities below the target by doing cause-effect analysis and to provide solutions,
• To support the continuous improvement process in the planning function.
