During the program you will rotate across several manufacturing locations around the world, on average every 18 months, including the possibility of working at our HQ in Switzerland. However, depending on the business needs, it may be that you are staying in a JTI location for a little bit longer before moving on to your next assignment or take on another exciting role in your current location.

What will you actually do?

On your first assignment you will be responsible for:

• Prepare long-mid-short term Production Plans in accordance with Customer demands, production constraints and targets through close communication with related departments.
• Follow, monitor and incorporate new products to production plans and manage sourcing changes from/to other JTI locations.
• Ensure target/optimum inventory levels of finished and semi-finished goods with optimum loading of available capacity to achieve operational & financial targets that drive company performance.
• Support preparation of Annual Strategic Production Plans and improvement projects.

What are we looking for?

• You have minimum 5 years’ experience in Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
• You have gained experience in FMCG sector.

You as a person:

• You have a high level or critical thinking but remain open-minded. You feel at ease when analyzing complex data and drawing conclusions from them. You have an eye for details in numbers and analyses but maintain the overview and see the bigger picture.
• You have excellent communication skills, feel at ease when communicating with / presenting to stakeholders at different levels.
• You are keen on working abroad and nothing would hold you back in moving around the globe with JTI
• You are fluent in English. You are at ease using the Windows platform and easily learn new systems.
