During the program you will rotate across several manufacturing locations around the world, on average every 18 months, including the possibility of working at our HQ in Switzerland. However, depending on the business needs, it may be that you are staying in a JTI location for a little bit longer before moving on to your next assignment or take on another exciting role in your current location.

What will you actually do?

On your first assignment you will be responsible for:

• Supporting all Capital Expenditure projects by fulfilling the definition, introducing, planning and implementation phases, and managing the business approval processes of the assigned projects.
• Initiating and managing Continuous Improvement projects while ensuring the compliance with technical and EHS standards.
• Analyzing and reporting the project performance while ensuring the budget and cost follow-ups are realized, preparing the KPI reports for related parties while highlighting improvement areas and providing solutions.
• Providing proactive support to global Engineering Projects and reporting processes.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, you have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Engineering project management or factory engineering
• You have gained experience in Global Supply Chain Industry or in a FMCG company
• You have minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering with a focus on either Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electric & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering.

• You have a high level of critical thinking but remain open-minded. You feel at ease when analyzing complex data and drawing conclusions from them.

• You do not mind taking risks.
• You are keen on working abroad and nothing would hold you back in moving around the globe with JTI.
• You are fluent in English. You are at ease using the Windows platform and easily learn new systems.
• You have a desire to manage teams and are at ease with dealing with people.
