Maintenance Lead (Engineer)

 Position Purpose:

The purpose of the position is to take required actions to successfully implement IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at the FM09, FM10, FM11 and FDS Lines (Filter Cell-2).

Responsibilities:

• Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability.
• Define standards in order to eliminate losses.
• Attend DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings.
• Coordinate all planned maintenance activities (MP&S) in production lines assigned to her/him in line with maintenance systematic.
• Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Provide coaching to shopfloor crew of responsible lines in order to achieve production KPI's.
• Ensure proper utilization of production line inline with technical training documents, machine manuals and Environment Health & Safety guidelines
• Provide close follow up of spare parts consumption in order to achieve spare parts KPI’s

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in production processes, (+ maintenance experience is preferable)
• Analytical thinker and good at interpreting and analysing data
• Advanced level of English
• MS Office applications
• Team management is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus
