Spare Parts Inventory and Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

• Develop strategic inventory and planning vision for the site.  Develop safety stock, minimum order quantities, optimal quantities for genunie spare parts, materials, and other products. 
• Monitor slow moving and obsolete main warehouse inventory and/or technician van stocks and develop a plan to deal with those materials accordingly.
• Develop, monitor and publish department and site KPI's and set goals for improvement.
• Drive best practices for inventory management and reporting. Responsible to ensure appropriate control mechanisms are in place and achieve.
• Exceptional levels of inventory accuracy, material availability, and service goals.
• Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure on time and in full delivery.
• Other duties as related to role in support of business unit. Inventory control and reporting 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree at BA/Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Managment or related departments Residence in Asian side of Istanbul is preferred • Experience using SAP
• 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Operations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English • Experience with importation and customs brokerage
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft office required. Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with big amounts of data will be a plus
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong reporting skills and presentations
• Strong written and oral communication skills, is team oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and within established timelines
• Solid problem solving skills (Ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team member)
