WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
You are the first point of contact for our Customers.
It won’t always be easy, but we serve our Customers with a smile and with the knowledge that we have a colleague in the office we can rely on.
Our day is filled in with handling Customer requests through different channels (incoming phones, mails, chats and Social Media). We solve Customer problems, spot possible issues and prevent them.
You will take the ownership of your work, documenting your actions as well as Customers' comments on the relevant systems or issuing refunds/compensation to secure best Customer Service
YOU ARE:

Be competent and open to dialogue
You understand Customer needs and take them into account when providing solutions
You are a team-player, sharing learnings and knowledge with your colleagues
Desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
Stay calm under pressure, understand the importance of time sensitive issues and remember you are here to help others.
The availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday within the operating hours
Basic IT knowledge – you know how to use computer, and pretty quick and accurate in writing on the keyboard, have no problem in learning new programs, or used shared documents
