Meet and Greet Personnel

“Meet and Greet Personnel” will be employed within the body of Universal Aviation Company with American partnership operating in the aviation sector. Qualifications for candidates are as follows; 

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, 
• Minimum 2 years of Greeter experience with a customer in aviation sector
• Good command of both written and spoken English, 
• Prior experience living/working outside of Turkey is a plus. 
• Good organization skills - will be required to plan his/her schedule according to customer schedules 
• Must be willing to travel within Turkey, for instances where the customer is not landing in Istanbul 
• Prior sales experience is a plus 
• Proximity to Ataturk Airport is preferred. (Working place is Ataturk Airport)
• Exprience OCC preferred.

Job Description: 

• Will be responsible for greeting the Universal customers at the runway and accompanying them throughout the General aviation terminal. 
• Will be responsible for obtaining the necessary flight permits and coordination
• Will also be required to coordinate with third parties on behalf of the Operations manager and client manager whenever necessary ( this is a secondary aspect of the job and will only come in to play when the managers are not available or due to increase traffic)
