Who we are;

For more than a century, Kadant has been delivering smart and efficient solutions to process industries.

We are a global supplier of high-value, critical components and engineered systems used in process industries worldwide. 

Turkey is operating as a sales office of multiple Kadant divisions who are in Italy, Holland, United Kingdom.

Who we look for;

We are looking for someone who is able to handle multiple responsibilities and has capacity to learn additional when required. As an office working with only sales people, we need a person to support us from back office mainly for order processes but not limited.

Main activities:

• Follow-up complete order flow; order entry, planning, paperworks, shipping, invoicing,
  
• Coordinating with production offices,
  
• Preparing standard and simple quotes,
  
• Support on purchase process if required,
  
• Other supportive roles will be required, such as collect rental car offers, purchase of promotional giveaways, business cards, etc.
  

Qualifications:

• Preferably female candidate, not must,
• Experience in similar roles (sales support, inside sales, customer relations, assistant, accounting, import/export operations etc.)
  
• Ability to work independent and high level of self-dicipline,
  
• Able to take ownership of different tasks,
  
• Ability to focus and attention to details,
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  
• Young, persistent, enthusiastic, quick learner, multitasking
  
• English writing: Good is must
  
• English speaking: Preferably fluent, not must.
