Kadembas A.Ş. is offering a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Sales. In this role, you will be assume full responsibility for building and the efficient operation of the Sales department which is located in Istanbul head office to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

As a pre-opening team member, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the exciting process of opening a high-profile cultural center in Van, Turkey.

Key accountabilities include:

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience in Group Sales & Banquet Sales.
• Pre-opening experience is an asset,
• Experience in handling Group & MICE proposals , contracting process & handling of All Inhouse arrangements
• Creating Strategies , Promotions and Campaigns in maximizing Groups & Events business .
• Knowledge of local market ( Travel Agencies & Corporate Accounts )  
• Complete understanding of pricing policies  
• Must be able to convey information clearly
• High energy level, self-motivated, articulate and presentable.
• A team player and able to communicate with a positive attitude towards team and guest,
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Must be fluent in English
• Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personalty.
