Kale Clamp, which is among the leading companies of our country in the production of clamps and fasteners at world standards, joined the sector in 1996.

Our company, which has continued to grow since its establishment; By adopting advanced technology and innovation-based production models & continuing its investments without slowing down, it has taken its place among the leading companies in the production of clamps and fasteners all over the world.

As Kale Clamp; We manufacture and sell clamps and fasteners all over the world, primarily to the automotive, industry and retail sectors. Kale Clamp, with the importance we attach to production and process quality and customer-oriented service approach; It exports to 60 countries and continues to grow by increasing its export rate day by day by integrating its team spirit with a professional perspective in order to achieve its goals with its competent and professional staff, new R&D production and system investments.

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.

SAP is used as an ERP Solution in our company.

All applications will be kept confidential within the scope of KVKK, and the first interviews will be held online via Zoom.

Working place is Tuzla / Istanbul - Anatolian Side.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related departments (Master’s Degree is a plus),
  • 10+ years of experience in all aspects of HR Management, especially in Talent Management process,
  • Coordinate & monitor the proposals concerning salary increases in order to be aligned with the remuneration strategy and ensuring the correct implementation following approval. Manage job evaluations both for Blue and White Collar employees,
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies,
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees,
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills,
  • Attention to detail and good judgement,
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities,
  • Experience with online sourcing techniques,
  • Analytical minded and able to adapt to new challenges in a problem-solving environment,
  • Strong background in workforce planning and analytics,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork,
  • Promote the corporate culture and mentality throughout the company in order to  create and maintain an atmosphere of trust and respect,
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role,
  • Having a valid driver’s license,
  • Living on the Asian side of Istanbul.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Driving standardization for the execution of HR policies and procedures, align them with group policies and implement changes,
  • Working closely with business teams to support organizational growth with HR interventions,
  • Leading HR projects and initiatives,
  • Following wage researches and making sectoral analyzes,
  • Consulting line managers and employees about all aspects of HR (recruitment,talent & performance management, learning& training, compensation & benefits),
  • Being responsible for all legal issues, payroll and personnel affairs,
  • Developing a solid understanding of the company’s organizational structure, values, and culture,
  • Designing succession plans for key talents and key roles,
  • Working closely with the other teams to create the hiring process and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment,
  • Identifying top talent and converting prospects into active candidates,
  • Provide leaders of people guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading / coaching others through change. Provide coaching and feedback as needed to help Build Organizational Capability,
  • Using various tools and research methods and networking to place top talent and building a robust candidate flow,
  • Managing onboarding and orientation program to ensure newcomer adaptation & engagement,
  • Seeking creative ways to improve the employee experience and our culture.
  • To follow all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, quitting, etc.) and forward them to the relevant parties,
  • Effective execution of administrative affairs, purchasing activities and budget planning,
  • Carrying out automation and productivity-enhancing activities on SAP.
