We are seeking for  "Operational & Financial Control Assistant Manager" who will add more value to our customers and aerospace industry.

• University degree in Economics, Business Administrative or Industrial Engineering / Management Engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS,Financial Analysis&Reporting
• Strong knowledge of local Legislation
• Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling/financial audit
• Minimum 3 years of cost accounting and cost analysis experience in manufacturing companies
• Able to manage complex cost analysis and reporting
• Advanced level of English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Result oriented
• Strategic thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and analytical skills
• Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• To be able to work with flexible hours
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Istanbul Anatolian side resident

Working as a direct report to Finance Director, Operational and Financial Control AM will be responsible for;

• Preparing and controlling of financial reports
• Analyzing and reporting of actual versus budget results
• Coordination of yearly budget and periodic forecasts processes and reporting
• Preparation of BOD presentations
• Giving strong support to Strategic Planning Process and reporting
• Collaborating with operational units in order to maintain add value support of Finance and controlling
• Taking active role in ERP development projects
