• University degree in deparments of Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical/ Materials Engineering,
• 7 years of experience in production control processes of high quantity and precision parts,
  
• Knowledge about ISO 9001: 2015 and / or AQAP 2130/2120 standards,
  
• Having knowledge and experience in Geometric Measurement and Tolerance,
  
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC),
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Knowledge of reading and understanding of technical drawing,
  
• Knowledge of welding processes, preferably welding certificate,
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers,
  
• Suitable for team work, dynamic, can keep up with the pace of intensive work,
  
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications, Experience on ERP applications

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out of the montage quality controls in accordance with quality process.
• To make root cause analysis on nonconformities, to make root cause analysis on nonconformities,
• Creating checklists, providing timeliness and controls by considering the feedback from customers,
• To prepare and update the test inspection procedures in accordance with the provisions of the customer contract and to carry out the tests together with the customer,
• Preparation of HAR report on nonconformities in tests with customers, reporting to QMS, converting them into CAR within company and presenting HAR report results to customers,
• Checking whether the test activities are carried out in accordance with the test procedures,
• Coordinate the execution of final product tests.
