We are looking for an Electrical - Electronics Engineer to be assigned at our Aşağı (Lower) Kaleköy Dam and HEPP facility which is currently in operation in Bingöl province.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Kalehan Energy was founded in 2007 by two leading construction companies of Turkey, Cengiz Construction and Özaltın Construction, with a 50%-50% partnership structure.

- Total installed capacity of 1788 MW, which is entirely from renewable energy. 1708 MW of the total installed capacity is from hydroelectric power plants whereas 80 MW comes from the solar power plant,

- Upper Kaleköy Dam and HEPP project, with 626 MW installed capacity, is the Largest HEPP project among those developed and operated by the private sector,

- Beyhan 1 Dam and HEPP project, with 582 MW installed capacity, is the 2nd Largest HEPP project among those developed and operated by the private sector,

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical – Electronics Engineering,
- 0–3-year work experience,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (AutoCAD and MS Project knowledge is preferred),
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Good communication and coordination skills,
- Organization, team management, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Ambitious, dynamic, self-confidence and a good team player,
- Eagerness to learn and improve her/himself,
- Successful in social relations,
- No travel restrictions,
- Able to reside in Bingöl,
- Driving license with actively driving experience,

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To prepare the maintenance and repair plans of the plant and to control the carrying out of maintenance activities specified in the plan by coordinating and by ensuring that all necessary actions are taken,

- To carry out periodic and planned maintenance of all electrical and electronic equipment in the power plant,

- To plan the maintenance programs according to the manufacturer's instructions and to carry out the maintenance of the power plant,

- To prepare the maintenance contracts,

- To supervise, to report and to archive the maintenance services taken under the scope of maintenance contract,

- To make the relevant service supplied the spare parts required for maintenance and breakdown, to check the spare parts stocks and to order the necessary spare parts,

- To prepare the daily and weekly work plans of the electrical team,

- To ensure that all electrical and electronic systems are in working condition by intervening in the problems in the plant as soon as possible,

- To take precautions to prevent the recurrence of failures by performing root cause analysis in failures,

- To contact the responsible of the relevant departments in maintenance and malfunctions, to provide/have the necessary service and parts,

- To ensuring the implementation of operation and operation maintenance instructions,

- To prepare the critical spare stock lists that will be required for the electromechanical systems in the power plant to work without interruption and to assist the purchasing processes,

- To perform the risk analysis in works and to supervise the team on OHS-related issues,

- To carry out energy management, analysis and improvement studies,

- To take part in the installation of new systems and equipment,

- To take part in the digital transformation process of the plants,

- To take part in the enterprise resource and maintenance management systems (ERP, etc.).
