We are looking for an HSE Executive to be assigned to the WEEP Project of Kalyon Enerji which is one of the Holding group companies.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering,
• At least 10 years of experience in EH&S,
• Min. B Level OHS certificate is mandatory,
• Solid experience in power plant project development and construction is highly preferred,
• Detailed, disciplined, and solution-oriented profile with strong process management skills,
• Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations,
• Advanced planning, organization, and analytical thinking,
• Able to use MS Office applications actively,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

Responsibilities;

• Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, qualified and directed,
• Guiding, motivating, and developing direct/indirect subordinates according to HR policies to create a strong foundation for the implementation of Kalyon Group and business/departmental policies, standards, programs, and practices,
• HSE risk assessment and ensures that all processes are implemented,
• Promoting learning across the entire organization for continuous improvement,
• Reporting HSE incidents, initiating incident investigations, and archiving incident records,
• To ensure the implementation of environmental impact assessment, waste management, and other legal environmental regulations on site,
• To create an effective emergency response plan, train the workforce, coordinate test plans on the defined frequency, validate emergency action plan,
• Preparation of progress reports on HSE performance and implementation of Kalyon Group sustainability targets and KPIs (key performance indicators) for Kalyon Group when needed,
• Ensuring appropriate HSE equipment and tools are available and used,
• İdentifying, planning, and initiating training needs for employees, site managers, and contractors,
• Ensuring compliance with group management systems and Legal Requirements,
• Led and supervised the archiving of HSE-related records and documents in accordance with legal requirements,
• Collaborating with other functions and business partners to improve performance.
