Kalyon Enerji was established as a result of Kalyon Holding gravitating towards energy investments with the vision of contributing to future generations meeting their increasing energy need predominantly from clean and renewable sources, taking into consideration the steadily increasing population of Turkey and the world. Accordingly, the company concentrated on R&D and innovation efforts to make clean and renewable sources accessible, allowing to meet Turkey's whole energy demand from them, and focused its investments in the energy sector on Solar (SPP), Hydroelectrical (HPP) and Wind (WPP) energy. 

Kalyon PV Solar Technologies Factory

The company made important Photovoltaic Panel Factory and Solar Power Plant investments for not only Turkey but all the world. The first of these was the Kalyon Solar Technologies Factory, foundations of which were laid in 2017. The factory went into production on 19 August 2020. 

Combining all the stages of solar panel production including R&D under a single roof, the factory is the only one of its kind in the world. Ingot, wafer, cell, and module are totally produced locally in the factory, which has a current production capacity of 500 MW, slated to increase to 1200 MW in the last quarter of 2021. With this increase in capacity, the company poised to increase its number of employees from 1400 to 2100.  The factory also features an R&D Center including 2500 m² enclosed space and a 5000 m² open space test platform, where joint projects are carried out with esteemed institutions like Hasan Kalyoncu University, METU Solar Research Center and TÜBİTAK as part of university-sector cooperation.

About the position

The marketing specialist position will be working in Sales & Marketing Department. Which operates 3 Kalyon Enerji brands – Kalyon PV, Kalyon Enerji, Kalyon EV Charging. Combining different disiplines of renewable energy, sustainable future and expertise of marketing background.

Qualifications

· University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a relevant discipline with successful academic record, MBA is an asset

· Minimum 3 years of sales, marketing or marketing communications experience in renewable energy is a plus

· Proven experience in event management, brand management and marketing communications

· Excellent command of MS Office applications

· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· Strong planning and organization skills

· Determined, achievement and result oriented mind with high energy level

· Successful team player with excellent communication skills and foster collaboration with other functions & departments, at all levels

· Male candidates should have completed their military services

Job Description

· Actively participate in developing marketing strategies as well as marketing plan and budget based upon company business objectives.

· Execute projects and activities in the marketing plan and monitor the performance to take advantage of market opportunities.

· Monitor closely both domestic / overseas markets and trends and recommend action plans

· Coordinate marketing activities with other departments and third parties; manage relations with advertising, media, digital and PR agencies

· Lead marketing communication activities, external organizations, fairs, exhibitions.

· Coordinate the implementation of activities with sales and business development goals.

· Coordinate the employee branding activities with human resources and employee engagement goals.

· Plan social media activities with digital agencies, production agencies and advertisement agencies.

· Prepare company presentations to ensure both internal and external clients are up to date

· Manage marketing expenditures ensuring all budgets are managed efficiently through tracking and evaluating
