Decision Support Analyst

We're looking for a motivated and driven Decision Support Analyst who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks

• Timely delivery of business cases and with clear visibility of the right sensitivities for all planned and competitive response items.
• Challenge inputs where needed to ensure fair and balanced commercial evaluation of proposals that are driven by the right parameters and consider all costs and relevant risks
• You conduct P&L analysis and assessments for business cases in terms of revenue, EBITDA, passenger numbers and network planning impacts. Supporting network planning and business decisions through providing analytical data, commercial inputs and comprehensive sensitivity analysis of commercial plans.
• Assessment of the commercial impacts of strategic and tactical pricing actions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the market and competitors’ performance. Identifying commercial opportunities through analytics and performance monitoring.
• Delivering recommendations and insights for enabling market expansion and growth.
• You deliver daily and weekly-based performance analysis and reports in order to improve the visibility of key opportunities/risks and trigger corresponding commercial actions.
• You provide inputs for operational KPIs and support commercial planning process
• You will work closely with local operations, finance, regulation and IT as well as HQ teams.

• Your Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economy, finance, statistics, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; including a bias toward actions
• Customer & performance-oriented mindset to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
• Proactive working-style and excitement to drive projects and make them happen
• You speak English fluently
