Process Controller

Responsibilities:

• ·Triggering cost optimization projects, foreseen cost decreasing opportunities in processes, in cooperation with other internal teams,
• Implementing, managing and monitoring internal control activities to achieve an efficient and effective internal controls system which is continuously improved,
• Conducting controls, analysis and tests for control deficiencies,
• Suggest updates and improvements for ERP and other financial software being used in the company,
• Conducting and participating in the investigations or inquiries requested by Accounting Manager or CFO of the company,
• Preparing the contracts,  or comment/amend draft versions, if any necessity occurs, getting legal support by collaborating with the legal advisors,
• Preparing the board of directors resolutions, having approvals, sending to the headquarters to be signed, attaching to the minutes book and informing relevant teams to act upon them,
• Checking legal communication channels like KEP, GIB, post etc. informing relevant teams and answering them in a timely manner by collaborating with the legal advisors,
• ·Being the keeper of the company authorization matrixes, internal directive, signature of circular and proxies and governing the internal teams to act according to them,
• ·Following up company vehicle technical inspection deadlines, informing the operational units,
• ·Preparing the required documents for public tender and have them signed as per the company signature of circular,
• Pursuing company vehicle selling operations with interested authority (public notaries e.g.) in cooperation with the relevant teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business management, economics, finance, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business environment,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal
