Export Sales Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS; 

Bachelor’s degree in Business management, economics, international relations,

Excellent spoken and written Communication skills in English

Speaking fluently any other language is good asset

3 +years related international trade or marketing experience preferred

Must be able to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities

Must be pro-active, self-starter and possess exceptional analytical skills

Effective oral and written Communication skills

Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions

Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively

Expert organizational skills

Effective skill in planning things

Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes

Expert problem solving skills

Attentive and accurate in execution of the tasks

Knowledge about various foreign languages

Expert knowledge about international trade laws

Perfect time management skills

Expert computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications

Knowledge about auditing and commerce,

No restriction for worldwide travel,

Military service must be completed for male candidate,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

Research new markets and find new business opportunities and customers

Maintain and develop relationship with current customers

Coordinate all export duties such as taken order, making shipment and preparing documents

Manage and control all tasks between customers and any other departments

Follow international trends,

To carry out the necessary studies  to reach the export sales targets,

Planning transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost effective trade routes

Planning best means of transport to meet the cost as well as time barriers

Ensuring the safe delivery of goods by handling and taking proper care of goods during transport

Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic as well as

Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met

Collecting the payments on behalf of the client or organization and maintaining the bills for the same

Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met by maintaining the information about licenses and tariffs

Responsible for the related ERP system

Keep work area clean and organized,

Preparation of reports on regional activities.
