QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience (max. 1 - 2 years) in administrative position and/or office coordination
• A degree from a reputable university
• High interest in joining a startup; passionate about innovation & technology
• Excellent understanding of the business benefits of solutions and services being offered
• Very good skills in the use of Microsoft Office (excel-word-ppt)
• Strong communication skills in all forms – written, oral, email, presentation
• Ability to communicate via phone effectively
• Fluent English and Turkish skills both written and spoken
• Self-starter able to work unsupervised to carry out the different requests
• Personable and a strong team player
• Excellent organization skills carrying attention to details
JOB DESCRIPTION
• First contact at the reception answering phones, e-mails from company websites
• All internal/external declaration/documentation needed, English to Turkish vice versa translation verification
• Office admin tasks like daily post/courier preparation & coordination, stationary shopping list, etc
• HR support like employees’ expenses reports, hotel/travel booking if needed
• Marketing coordination: collateral & goodies inventory, preparing & sending B2B e-mails to target audience using mailchimp.
• Event / webinar / meetup coordination responsibility form A to Z: invitation, registration, post-mortem tasks like surveys/feedback.
• Services administration: Training venue reservation, registration coordination, training material documents, certificate preparations etc.
• Keeping pipedrive CRM system and Mailchimp with potential customer contacts up-to-date
