Dr. Karaaltın Clinic is an aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic providing safe and sophisticated cosmetic surgeries with quality service and professional manner to patients from all over the world for the last 15 years. Covering all areas of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Karaaltın Clinic also performs complex and rare reconstructive surgeries using Dr. Karaaltin’s innovative and unique techniques. We are looking for new and dynamic team members to join our expanding international team who will contribute to Dr. Karaaltın Clinic’s ‘’Safe and Sophisticated Cosmetic Surgery’’ vision.

Job Qualifications

• University graduate preferred.
  
• Fluency in German is a must. English, Turkish or both should be at a considerable level.
  
• Competency in MS Office applications, familiar with CRM programs.
  
• Good communication skills, office culture, and enthusiastic approach
  
• Medical tourism experience, especially in a plastic surgery clinic, will be a plus
  
• Passport holder, ability to travel is a plus.

Job Description

• Sales of aesthetic and plastic surgery packages to international patients via calls, E-mail, WhatsApp and other communication channels as part of lead conversion.
  
• Administration and management of the clinic’s profile on an online portal, 
• Marketing campaigns to reach new sources. 
  
• Daily follow-up of potential patients and actual patients for follow-ups.
  
• Welcoming patients in the clinic and assist them through all process of their surgery experience
  
• Supporting patients with the necessary documentation and further assistance
  
• Representing the clinic in a professional manner
