REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least high school graduates, preferably technical education high schools degree or University degree in Engineering or technical departments.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in technical service,
  
• Good command of written and spoken English,
  
• No restriction to travel abroad,
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
  
• Representation, communication and persuasion ability strong, customer-oriented,
  
• Able to think analytically, prone to teamwork,
  
• Advanced planning, coordination and follow-up skills,
  
• Able to adapt to flexible and flexible working hours,
  
• Having a driving license and being a active driver,
  
• Male candidates must have completed military service

JOB DESCRIPTION

• After-sales, making machine installations for our overseas customers,
  
• Providing trainings to our customers on operation and adjustment of our products,
  
• Detecting machine problems, firstly solving the problem with the phone and remote desktop, if the problem cannot be solved, in-service service planning and solution of the problem by meeting with the manager and customer,
  
• Performing machine maintenance and repairs of our overseas customers in line with the planning,
  
• Reporting the works that are under his responsibility (adjustment, repair, fault detection, etc.),
