We are looking for a “HR Specialist” located in Holding Headquarter with the qualifications below;

• Graduating preferably with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar department of universities,
• Experienced in HR management at least 3 years,
• Preferably experienced in talent acquisition, talent management and organizational development processes,
• Preferably experienced in Successfactors,
• Well – developed interviewing and assessment skills,
• Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
• Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
• Self-motivated and excellent team player,
• Project management skills,
• Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

Job Description

• To be In charge of managing the recruitment (end to end) onboarding and to coach and lead line managers in recruitment processes,

• Responsible for Employer Branding topics and carrying out university activities,
• To monitor, evaluate, report and improve processes in all human resources functions, to identify the best ways of doing business and new ways of doing business, and to take part in setting standards,
• To support in the restructuring of human resources processes to ensure efficiency and the analysis of value-added activities,
• To take part as a team member in the design, development and implementation of new human resources processes, projecting the necessary studies, and making feasibility analyzes,
• To ensure the coordination and information flow between the Holding headquarters and the different locations domestically within the scope of human resources processes,
• To develop and implement suggestions for human resources projects that will ensure employee loyalty within the organization,
• To take an active role as a team member in HR projects.
