With 54 years of experience in production of high quality bonded abrasive products, Karbosan has built on its system to meet the needs and expectations of its customers with high performance, from raw material supply to after-sales services.

We are looking for anProduct Executive located in Sefaköy Plant with following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Chemical Engineering or Chemistry departments,
• At least 5 years product management experience preferably in similar industries,
• Proficient in English both in verbal and written,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
• Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No obstacle to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To determine a long-term vision and strategy for the product in accordance with the company strategy and goals,
• Defining new product demand and new product development processes and managing the process from begining to the end,
• Collecting and evaluating new product and/or product development requests from other units,
• Follow the market trends and identify the needs,
• Collect datas from other departments and prepare a feasibility report for products,
• Presenting of the technical qualifications of a product,
  
• To determine the required quality documents and certificates for the products with quality department,
• Responsible from product's lifecycle,
• To participate the customer complaints meetings and take actions according to that, 
• To follow up the suppliers related to the product group, to make regular visits and to prepare a supplier evaluation report with the purchasing department.
