QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
We are selling our products to USA, Iraq, Libya and Azerbaijan and expanding Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa.

You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs and increase international market sales.


How You Will Contribute
You will:

  • Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan to strengthen and expand Fibrelle position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
  • Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Kardel Gıda Pazarlama Ltd.Şti.  internal functions
  • Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
  • Build and develop strong category partnerships
  • Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework,  
  • Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

Job specific requirements:

  • Experienced at least 3 years in food export for senior export position,
  • No experience for junior export position. ( Language is mandatory even junior position, English and Arabic are favorable )
  • Advanced level in English and Arabic language, 
  • High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
  • Active car driver, no obstacles for international traveling.
  • No restrict to travel
  • have a own sales portfolio is advantage
