Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Foreign Trade Operations Specialist” in Supply Chain Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting import purchasing activities of all kinds in order to fulfill internal/external customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
• Working with planning and purchasing department to ensure customs clearance organization of raw materials and other import subjected materials on time.
• Carry out customs clearance of materials to be imported depending on the production/purchasing program in coordination with customs broker, insurance agent, forwarders etc.
• Checking shipment documents and analyzing according to customs legislation.
• Managing the process of permission to be taken from official institutions within scope of import regime.
• Preparing monthly an annually reports.
• Analyzing offers commercially and developing cost saving project.

Skills:

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and result oriented approach.
• Good knowledge SAP with reporting skills.
• Experience with customs documentation, knowledge of internatiol trade terms and requirements, customs legislation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree within foreing trade, business administration or similar fields.
• At least 2-3 years of work experiences in import operations.
