Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Turkey, the 4th in Europe and the 6th in the world in its field. Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Learning and Development Executive” in Human Resources Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

Job roles details:

• Developing & implementing high impact learning & development strategies and programs in line with global business strategies, needs and priorities
• Conducting needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
• Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions
• Execute all talent development, leadership development, young talent program and other learning projects
• Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
• Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable
• Managing the training budget
• Carry out new learning and development tools, technologies and trends

Skills:

• Good knowledge and awareness of the new learning and development tools, technologies and trends
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Experience with developing, delivering, leading talent development programs & learning activities
• Good knowledge of Success Factors LMS module
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably within Learning and Development function
