Sales Operation Specialist (Export)

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Turkey, the 4th in Europe and the 6th in the world in its field. Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Sales Operation Specialist (Export) ”in Export Group Department, Sales and Marketing Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

• University graduate,
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of export customer orders operations,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, second language is a plus,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Have knowledge and experience on customs and foreign trade legislation,
• Ability to work as a team member,
• Strong Planning, communication and coordination skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for export customers “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full,
• Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status,
• Organize export shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Export Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics and Credit Control and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments,
• Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics & external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preperation for the shipment.
