QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university,
  • Knowledge/Experience of factory production of wind turbine blades,
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing environment experience, composite  materials will be highly preferred,
  • Experience in repair of wind turbine blades in wind farms is a "plus"
  • Good MS Office programmes,
  • Good command of both speaking and writing in English,
  • Strong communication skills with the customer side,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

  • Will be coordinating the time schedules and resource planning for the service activities between the customers and subcontractors,
  • Will be supervising the technicians in terms of following the instructions supplied by the blade manufacturers
  • Active monitoring of risks to by frequently visiting project sites and ensuring that the instructions have been implemented in accordance with pre-delivered manuals
  • To supervise supplier quality and the quality of products and coordinate required contingencies and actions in case of defects and deviations both 
  • Informing the repair team about engineering changes and following up through the procedures delivered by the manufacturer team to secure the latest design updates,
  • Continuously auditing subcontractors' staff
  • To support the repair team with the business administration and related transactions to manage business.
