We are looking for a highly motivated Compliance Manager in Kavacık Office.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree in law, engineering, economics

·         At least 10 years experiences (at least 3 years’ proven experience in compliance processes, preferably in energy sector)

·         Fluent command of English, in both written and spoken

·         Excellent knowledge of legal requirements and procedures

·         Highly-analytical skills with strong attention to detail

·         Excellent result-oriented and critical thinking

·         Ability to work individually, as well as part of a team

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

·         Following the legal regulations and compliance standards, which the Group Companies are and/or may be subject to their products, services and operations

·         Advising the top management and relevant teams on the Company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports

·          Carrying out follow-up and review studies to ensure that the processes applied by the Group Companies comply with the legal regulations

·         Ensuring that remedial actions are taken regarding the identified compliance risks

·         Evaluating the compliance of the Company's products and services according to regulations and compliance standards

·         Preparing training contents for the development of compliance legislation in the Company and leading training activities for employees

·         Updating and following the Company's policies and procedures in accordance with the legislation

·         Leading projects to maximize compliance for the Group Companies
