GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Minimum of 3 years experience in Front Office Department in five stars international Hotels
Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
Additional languages is a strong advantage (German or Russian)
Experienced with Opera PMS
Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
Minimum of 1 year in customer service position. Proven experience in complying with policies and procedures.
Financial Policies and Procedures are supported and followed.
Support and assist all Front Office sections.
Completes VIP, delegations and group leaders welcome and farewell as appropriate.
To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department.
Upon check in, register guest and assign rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possible. If needed, assist guests in completing the registration cards. Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. Verify the guest’s method of payment and follow established credit-checking procedures or refer cash handling payment to cashiers.
Upon departure of guests, process the guest check out procedures. Inquire for last minute charges. Receive payment from guests. Settle the guest account and give copy of the invoice.
To perform according to Department Goal in term of enrollment and upselling.
