QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for "Marketing Manager" who will work in Kerevitaş located in Çamlıca, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Adminstration, Economics, Management & Industrial Engineering or a related field, marketing master's degree is a plus,
- 10+ years experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG companies,
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills,
- Analytical minded, result oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant and good at teamwork,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities from definition down to effective implementation,
- Transfer the strategies and action plans to 3rd parties (Sales and Trade Marketing functions) accurately in order to combine functions under common organizational objectives,
- Contribute to business strategy and commercial plans within the responsibilty area,
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products accordingly,
- Conduct market research and consumer research to determine market requirements for existing and future products,
- Develop strategic rationale for, and manage the introduction and support of, new products (both locally and internationally developed) and new categories,
- Foster close collaboration with the global headquarter to channel periodical feedback from the local market in order to drive continuous development of new lines of products,
- Build strong relationships to ensure local team adopt best practice, and culture,
- Establish a periodical review for marketing activities; assess and evaluate results and feedback higher management team to recommend next course of actions,
- Develop close liaison with the media and advertising fraternity, maintaining the prospect of long term strategic alliances,
- Monitor the market trend and analyze the business development to forecast performance in sales, revenues and profitability,
- Develop pricing recommendations in collaboration with sales & finance,
- Determine and manage the marketing budget,
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget whilst ensuring savings are maximized and spendings are very ROI effective,
- Define the forecast with the Distribution Companies and ensure data are supplied on time to Supply Chain,
- Regularly assess brand performance against budget and if needed recommend/deliver action plans to reach the annual Vol/NSV/GP annual targets,
- Continuously seek for cost improvements recommendations/projects. If validated, ensure they are delivered.
