Job Description

• To be responsible for planning resources and time, organizing and coordination of relevant units in order to complete the projects that have been sold as expected.
  
• To create a project plan that includes the important steps of the project and the target dates of these steps,
  
• Ensuring that the project steps take place on the planned dates and qualifications
  
• To ensure coordination between the company and the customer,
  
• Organizing periodic evaluation meetings with the client project team regarding the status of the project,
  
• Transferring the extra product updates received during the project process within the company and ensuring that they are evaluated with the whole team,
  
• Analyzing new project requests from existing customers and transferring them to the sales team,
  
• Keeping the communication with the customer at the strongest level, reflecting the notifications received by the customer well into the internal process,
  
• To be able to perform relevant product tests in customer systems, to create test analysis documents, and to transfer relevant details to the technical team,
  
• To be able to act as a moderator in customer meetings and to manage the customer team,

General Qualifications

• Knowing Microsoft products,
  
• Preferably have SAP system knowledge,
  
• Knowing English very well,
  
• To be prone to teamwork,
  
• Compatible with flexible working hours,
  
• Preferably at least 1 years of experience,
  
• Being active in Documentation and Analysis processes.
