We are looking for Senior Product Development Engineer to take part of Fluidmaster Turkey located in Tuzla/İstanbul

Job Description

• Lead and/or execute all new and on-going product development activities assigned.
• Act as the project owner for the assigned projects and lead cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Develop the efficient design proposals for the product development projects considering all aspects including but not limited to function, quality, production, cost, timing, supply chain, certifications
• Lead and/or execute the new material qualification processes
• Generate or maintain the product labels, instruction manuals and packages.
• Generate BOM and technical drawings
• Develop and follow up test plans
• Plan and follow up prototypes production
• Prepare and file the necessary project documentations
• Follow engineering change management procedures to release any engineering changes
• Generate implementation time plan considering the operation needs
• Prepare clear and efficient reports and presentations requested by management
• Execute other tasks that are cascaded from the management and are related with the role and skills
• Act according to the declared company rules and ethic.

Knowledge and Skills

• Graduated from mechanical engineering
• Minimum 6 year of experience
• Experience in PLM (Windchill is a plus)
• Experience in ERP (JD Edwards is a plus)
• Experience in 3D/2D CAD modelling is a plus (Solidworks/CREO)
• Proficiency in English, reading/writing/listening/speaking
• Attitude with problem solving skills
• Self-planning and self-organization
