Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team for The LifeCo Products. The LifeCo is leading wellness company in Turkey with its growing product portfolio, worldwide well-being and detox centres. The position will be directly reporting to Business Director of The LifeCo products.

Job description

• Responsible for product & category development, creative agency management, social media agency & influencer management, marketing budget management
• Managing and planning 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets,
• Preparing marketing plan and setting the growth target of the category,
• Preparing and executing all launch and re-launch activities for the brand,
• Planning and executing in-store display activities, and POS material development
• Coordinating & executing projects with external resources (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising)
• Controlling marketing & promotional expenditure
• Coordinating all PR activities and organizing events and campaigns
• Managing the content and design process for all sales and marketing print and online materials (leaflets, brochures, posters, visuals)
• Delivering brand related trainings
• A brief knowledge on Trade Marketing is an asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from university
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management in the FMCG
• Passionate self-starter with a go-get attitude for new business generation
• Adaptive to work in dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication & presentation skills, relationship management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good command of office applications (word, excel, power point)
• No military obligation for male candidates
