QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a “Front Office Manager” to join our team at TheLifeCo Wellbeing Bodrum Center; located in Göltürkbükü, Bodrum.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day to day business of front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition

• Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum upsell treatment for the purpose of maximizing revenue

• Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service

• Schedule and regularly conduct routine inspections of areas Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out

• To have up-to-date information about the hotel products, services, centers, events, pricing, and policies of the team members and the local region and events; ensuring that all Front Desk employees are familiar with all aspects of the hotel

• Review all erroneous comments and comments related to the department, address and share them with erroneous messages

• Ensuring that Front Office employees see and question / determine their strategies and ensure that hospitality processes are in a logical order

• Coordinating cooperation and teamwork with other departments

 

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in related field

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor

• Luxury resort and Boutique Hotel brand experience is an asset

• Excellent PMS knowledge is a must

• Solid knowledge of MS Office

• Good organizational and multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English & Turkish (excellent oral and written skills).
