Marketing Executive

THE POSITION:

Providing support to the PR, offline-digital marketing and sales team.

Taking on ad-hoc tasks from the departments including in-house graphic designer, supporting on branding and visual materials

Supporting with social media content, from publishing posts to producing in-house assets

Assisting the team fulfilling image requests, preparing presentations and producing written content

Writing and pulling together newsletters

Following up marketing & PR plans

Preparing and analyzing media and sales reports

Updating and maintaining documentation of content

Uploading content to the company website

Completing tasks to support the wider office team

Assisting and attending to organizations and promotional events to facilitate the success of the brand

THE PERSON:

Graduate with a relevant degree in Marketing or Communications

Internship or 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role or similar position

English proficiency is a must

Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to use initiative when completing tasks

Preferably, strong copy writing and communication skills with a high attention to detail

A keen eye for design and ability to follow both visual and graphic brand guidelines

Keen organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of and manage internal documentation systems

Ability to self-manage projects and adhere to set budgets

Computer proficient with knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs

Passion and interest for the health industry

Passionate about learning and solving problems

Team player; collaborative and able to work in cross functional teams
