We are looking for a 'Logistics Procurement Executive' for our Group Procurement organization, mainly for purchase of all kind of transportation, warehouse, customs, 3PL services, etc. This position will be directly reporting to Logistics Procurement Manager.

Required Skills:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics

·        7+ years of procurement experience preferably in logistics services

·        Strong expertise in supplier, tender management and contract management

·        High level analytical and project management skills

·        Competent in reporting, cost and risk analysis

·        Good command of MS Office programs

·        Ability to travel in and out of country

Job Description:

·        Manage logistics procurement tenders from the request till signing contract with the suppliers, negotiate commercial or operational issues that may occur against signed contracts during the contract term.

·        Develop business models and pricing strategies according to group logistics operations to guarantee financial and operational value.

·        Technical and commercial comparison and evaluation of bids for compliance with requisition and standards

·        Monitor each cost item and sector trend from various sources for each sector, inform internal customers and management regularly, reflect the strategies to be formed accordingly to all tender processes and contracts.

·        Define concepts for risk and develop and monitor contracts to avoid risk and warrant costs.

·        Give estimation inputs to internal customers on how costs of logistics services will develop for each budget term and update monthly

·        Building control mechanism for unit price agreements with internal customers and the suppliers.

·        Develop and implement cost-reducing and process-improving projects

·        Keep in close contact with Kibar Group companies’ supply chain / logistics departments to determine their needs and strategies then create a plan on how to obtain those strategies

·        Develop and manage new and existing suppliers to ensure performance of the contracts and drive maximum value from these relationships

·        Evaluate potential and current suppliers by making site visits and measuring quality assurance, organizational structures and financials.
