To be employed at our Zorlu/İstanbul Office in Kibar Holding, we are looking for Total Reward Management and Budget Executive.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation in relevant departments of the University (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in total reward management (preferably KF Hay Group, Mercer, Willis Towers Watsons global methodologies), budget management and reporting processes
• Experienced in HR information systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office (especially with advanced experience in excel).

JOB DEFINITION

Holding and all affiliated Group Companies;

• Total reward management (compensation, variable compensation management, fringe benefits)
• Budget management (workforce & budget planning, tracking & reporting) managing and developing processes, ensuring coordination with group companies.
