QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Specialist with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade , Business Administration, or related departments.
• Min 2years’ experience in the field of customer service, export operation or logistics.
• Advanced communication skills in English and Russian ( both in speaking&writing).
• A high degree of attention to detail; comfortable in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, MS Office, E-mail and others.
• No restriction to travel abroad.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Driving License: B

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing and checking of all custom documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, ATR., EUR.1 ect)for land/air/sea freights.
• Organize booking details and communicate with customers to arrange shipments on time.
• Manage information flow with transporters, forwarders and custom agents.
• Preparing proposals based on the demands of the customers and entering the orders into our system,
• To follow  all the processes of the export markets and customers from order to shipment with the related units,
• To investigate new customers and markets that will contribute to increase our company's export share in production by using communication tools,
• Keeping the contact intensively with the customers in the export market; gathering the market information and reporting
• Developing the relations with the existing customers and suppliers; and reaching to new customers and suppliers
• To share the requested reports with the related departments and managers,
