Finance Assistant

Turkish Red Crescent  is looking for a Finance Assistant within the context of Syrian Humanitarian Relief Operation Project" in Turkey. 
 
·         Graduated from at least a university degree in a related field,
·         Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH is a MUST and it will be tested.
·         Knowledge of the MS Office Programmes,
·         High degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
·         Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
·         Having high level of communication skills in both oral and written – especially reporting,
·         Experience in humanitarian aid is a plus,
·         Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions.
·         Having a B Class Driving licence and an active driver.

İŞ TANIMI

• Effective Cash Flow Management and Cash Flow Forecasting,
• Assist financial management team with new initiatives, including system upgrades, changes, or the integration of additional subsidiaries or structural reporting changes,
• Maintain internal control and procedural documentation. Recommend and implement efficiencies as appropriate,
• Coordinate and track to ensure order fulfillment; organize and file relevant documentation for budget reconciliation,
• Coordinate financial processing flow between departments,
• Prepares and determines content for internal financial and business metric reports and information to support quarterly and annual external reports,
• ERP knowledge is a plus.
