Our company is currently recruiting for technical and after sales specialist position:

Job Responsibilities for Technical and After Sales Specialist:

• Ensure all necessary documents received from Sales Department without any missing information,
• Upload and check all the data to system in order to create order forms and drawings via the tools,
  
• Strict stock control, prepare technical details for PO if it is necessary as daily routine,
• Production control in every phase in order not to have missing part or avoid any delays,
• Before dispatch, final controlling should be conducted per each order.
• Prepare necessary documentation before every dispatch with the logistics department
• Support After Sales Department to contribute on customer satisfaction in every aspects
• Keep all necessary records about production, suppliers and so on
• You will be the first contact for the after sales claims of the clients.
• Necessary communication with all parties of headquarter After Sales, Technical department, Production, Suppliers, Warehouse, Accounting and Sales departments
• Once you analyse the claims, you should follow the claim management procedures and should be stick the procedure throughoutly.
• The spare parts orders, dispatchs and payments should be followed as daily routine. The communication with client and sales department should be performed.
• Receive the spare parts requests from the troubleshooters and maintenance departments to place the orders and follow up until the dispatch of the spare parts are performed.
• Register customer claims on the system and discuss with the related departments/suppliers to finalise the cases straightaway.

 Requirements for Technical and After Sales Specialist:

• Bs Degree from a reputable university in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical / Electronical Engineering, 
• Experience in lift industry is preferable and technical position in the industry experience is plus,
• English language skills is MUST for daily works and  the candidates with secondary language (Russian, Greek, etc.) is more preferable
• No military obligation for male candidates
• The candidates who are customer-oriented and have a good appetite towards to work he/she is doing.

The interviews will be performed in English so only English speaker candidates will be considered for vacany.
