Jr. Leasing Specialist & Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support of all leasing team activities and participate in the entire leasing cycle,

- Assist the Leasing manager(s) in contract negotiations from LOI stage to final contract execution,

- Work closely with Legal Department on contract preparation, coordinate completion of agreements and signatures,

- Monitor the retail market and new tenants opening stores in the malls, approach potential brands, preparetarget list of the tenants for the perspective vacancies in the mall,

- Administrate, negotiate and manage specific retailer accounts/requirements, arrange and attend meetings,

- Organize Specialty Leasing approvals,

- Collaborate with the architectural team in fulfilling tenants’ technical requests on the plans,

- Follow up shop delivery process with all parties involved,

- Assist in preparation of letting, reletting, renewal, discount and lease incentive budgets,

- Cooperate with Controlling Department for tenant data reporting.

Competencies

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning or relevant studies from a reputable university

- +3 years of work experience, preferably in real estate or retail industries,

- Advanced level of English,

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills,

- Posses strong oral and written communication skills,

- Advanced in MS Office Applications, specifically MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
