Koç University Suna Kıraç Librarywill be hiring a Reference Librarian with the following qualifications:

• To graduate with a bachelor's degree from Information and Document Management or science branches of universities
  
• Graduate degree is an asset
• Two years or more professional experience
• Flexibility in working hours as needed
• Demonstrable competencies such as communication, flexibility and adaptability and being service focused
• Highly advanced written and spoken English skills
• Professional use of Microsoft applications
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing user trainings
• Supporting counseling services for library users
• Answering user’s questions
• Visiting and informing new academicians and making announcements about various subjects
• Updating the subject guides and preparing new ones as needed
• Taking charge in publicity events organized by the library
• Preparing all publicity materials posters, flyers and other necessary materials that are conformed with university’s and library’s corporate identity rules
• Participating in projects in order to develop the library in line with the library strategies.
• Supporting the loan and return processes of the library
