Accounting Specialist Assistant

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Assistant Accounting Specialist who will be responsible for the activities included in the job description and be responsible for the following qualifications, who will take part in KOCHENDÖRFER HYDRO ELEKTROMEKANİK, which manufactures turbines and equipment for Hydroelectric Power Plants in Başkent OSB.

• Graduated from universities' 4-year Business, Economics, Finance, etc. programs
• Fluent in English both in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation,
• 3 to 5 years of experience,
• Strong communication skills,
• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• ERP program knowledge (preferably Gusto)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing company accounting transactions in the organization of the accounting manager,
• Following the receipt, invoice, and collecting transactions,
• Issuing invoices and filing company copies,
• Booking the expenses made within the company,
• Archiving accounting documents,
• Making all current account reconciliations,
• Assisting with the declaration process,
• Entering bank records,
• Following current accounts,
• Supporting the processes of the Tax Office, Trade Registry, Social Security Institution,
• By working in coordination with other units, supporting the activities related to legal requirements of accounting
