Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• Mentoring developers and providing hands-on direction
• Experienced in software development life cycle and agile principles (Especially SCRUM Framework)
• Experienced in ad-hoc troubleshooting, and general system problem solving
• Ability to conduct and participate in peer code reviews
• Advance Level English is a plus

Core Technical Skill Areas:

• Service-oriented architectures and design patterns
• Domain driven design and rest api modelling
• Architectural patterns (MVC,MVVM,MVP..)
• Entity Framework (or similar ORM tooling)
• Message queues or message brokers (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka)
• NoSql technologies (ElasticSearch, Redis, Cassandra..) and RDMS (Oracle,MSSQL..)
• GIT and GIT Workflows; CI/CD culture (Frequent check-ins) and tools. (Jenkins,Teamcity..)
• Configuration management tools knowledge is a plus. (Chef,Puppet,Ansible..)
• Cloud (AWS/Azure) knowledge is a plus.
• Container knowledge is a plus. (Docker,Garden..)
• Microservice knowledge is a plus.
• Mobile Programming and tools is a plus. (SWIFT, Objective-C, JAVA, Android programming)
• Javascript framework knowledge is a plus (NodeJS, Angular, React, VueJS..)
• Test automation experience is a plus. (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Specflow)           
• Cutting edge development language knowledge (Scala, Elixir) and Extreme Programming technics is a big plus. (TDD, pair programming...)

• Ensure designed software meets all requirements of quality, security, transportability, extensibility etc.
